Off the beaten track but only a 5 minute drive from the A-370 that links you to the motorway (A7) as well as Los Gallardos, Garrucha, Vera, Mojacar and Turrre, sits this lovely finca on a large plot of land measuring 13,000m2. The land is completely fenced in and has many types of fruit trees and palm trees. The plot is surrounded by campo and agricultural land and has impressive views of the Sierra Cabrera mountains. The house itself is very spacious and there are various out houses, storerooms, garages and kennels surrounding it which makes for a very private space. Turre was originally a Moorish settlement created after the invading Christian armies of the Catholic Monarchs expelled the Moors from the nearby village of Mojacar in 1488. It was originally called Turris, after the Latin for tower, probably because there was a watchtower at the location of the new settlement.

Almeria airport is 45 minutes drive, Murcia airport is 1 hour 20 minutes, Alicante airport is 2 hours and Malaga airport is 2 hours 45 minutes.
