There is no community fee, however the drainage system is private (not on the mains) and this is maintained by a private company along with the gardens, courtyard and parking area for a fee of 120€ on the 1st January and 1st July each year.

There is a swimming pool, tennis court and gardens in La Parata that you pay a yearly membership fee in order to be able to use them. As a sales promotion the current owner will pay the membership fees for the years 2021 and 2022. After this it would be up to the new owner to pay the yearly membership fees in order to have access to the pool and tennis court.

Within a 4 minute walk from the apartment there are 2 restaurants / bars and within a 5 minute car ride there are restaurants and bars on the sea front.
